Shipping Policy

1. Flat Rate

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $7.95 per order, regardless of size or weight within the continental US.

2. Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally or to US territories at this time.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once the order has been processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

5. Tracking

A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

6. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

In the event a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@professionalpetsupplieshub.com or (855) 697-9226 and we will work with the carrier to resolve the matter.
