1. 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the date the order is received — not the date of purchase. Please inspect your items upon arrival.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in like-new condition
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by the order number and original packing slip
3. How to Start a Return

- Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- You will receive a prepaid return label (where applicable) and return instructions.
- Ship your return back to our fulfillment center at 4711 34th St. N. Suite F, St. Petersburg, FL 33714.
4. Refund Method & Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, approvals will be issued to your original Visa or Mastercard payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new purchase. Please contact us first to confirm availability of the replacement item.
